Burton Michigan Museums
The Michigan Day Tour is one of the many natural wonders that the Great Lakes State has to offer, and of great cultural and historical importance.
The National Historic Monument offers a guided tour of the main deck and engine room, and the museum will look at other maritime exhibits. Videos, artifacts and model boats, including a replica of one of Michigan's oldest and most famous sailing ships, are featured in the museum's collection. Discover something new or look for family history during a visit to the Natural History Museum of the Great Lakes. The floating lighthouse on Lake Huron, a national historical monument, offers a unique opportunity to visit the lighthouse, as well as other maritime exhibits and view with the curator.
The manuscript collection comprises a collection of over 4,000 manuscripts, which comprises more than 1,500 manuscripts from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Highlights include manuscripts on the history of medicine, medicine and medicine in the Great Lakes region and a collection of medieval manuscripts.
In January 2001 the archive was transferred to the New Museum and on 24 July 1961 the Great Lakes Museum in Dossin, which was opened as a museum of maritime history, was replaced. The museum is named after the late University of Michigan history professor, Dr. John D. DOSSin. With over 100 Flint vehicles (including pre-car cars), the museum focuses on regional history, including automobiles, as well as the collection of the Flint Motor Carriage Museum and Michigan Automobile Museum.

The artist's works at the museum are the subject of an exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the John Chamberlain Gallery in London, England.
Most of the destinations included in this series are in the St. Ignace area and the Soo locks, which are a little further away. The Michigan branch is the only one of its kind and has a collection of more than 1,000 artworks from around the world.

If there's one thing you don't see in Ann Arbor, it's the taxidermy version at the university's Museum of Natural History. Many of the objects in the museum are found by archaeologists from universities, and there are a number of different animal species, such as birds, birds of prey, reptiles and mammals, as well as fossils.
Hoey was conducting a residency project at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum as part of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Michigan. Wood responded in kind, claiming he had passed on the museum, which has galleries and museums internationally and many private and public collections. Centrally located in downtown Kalazoo, the visit to the KVM interactive stations with geography, mathematics, history and other disciplines offers free admission.
The Detroit Historical Society has raised nearly $4 million to build the Detroit Museum of Art, the largest museum in the United States. The property, located on the campus of the museum, has at least 150 years of history. The first museum to open as a well-kept secret, the collections have been augmented over the years by prominent Detroit residents, trustees of the company and the public.
